Meet For EN ISO 20345 Standard
In HFL safety shoes factory from China, we can produce shoes according to our clients requirements. At the contact begining, generally, a lot of clients directly told us their product level upon international standard like EN ISO 20345. That would save a lot of time on communicating and understanding what product level & function between both our clients and ourselves. Very efficient.
We can use a chart to completely illustrate the protection level in EN ISO 20345 standard. Basically, it’s based on very specific work place and corresponding risk requirements.
Important Note:
– S1, S2, S3, S6 and S7 shoes are made from leather and other materials (class 1).
– S4 and S5 shoes are all-rubber or all-polymeric (class 2).
– SB shoes – which allow for an open heel – can be either class 1 or class 2.

We strictly follow the quality standard requirement in each order or contract to produce shoes. Profit comes from repeating bulk orders from overseas markets mainly.
In producing a batch of safety shoes, although there are some handcrafting process need to be done by proficient workers, we also take more and more modern auto machines for sufficient and efficient capability. Always need to pursue better cost performance! Lean production is crucial thing for us. During the whole production process from material incoming to rolling off the production line, we are taking 5s management to make sure higher cost performance and stable high quality.
